Fun exercise: Start a daily journal by recording your thoughts and experiences. Look for Bad Habits throughout the day and avoid them.

Fun exercise: Interview friends and family. Get to know them better. Ask that they share an interesting life story. Ask them to share memorable times. If they have photos, please ask them to share.

Stick to a schedule. Each day, students should be able to set aside a minimum of 30-40 minutes per class. Since there are only 4 courses in a day, a typical day could be 2 classes before lunch and 2 classes after lunch.

A fun exercise: For 1 week, record everything you eat, any exercise you do and who you talked to. If it is helpful, continue to keep a log of food and exercise. Encourage yourself to eat slower and exercise more. Stay Healthy!
