Balfour Information
Announcement, Accessories, and Cap & Gown 2021- FINAL DEADLINE MARCH 26th. We will be distributing caps, gowns and other senior materials on Tuesday, April 6th. The sooner your cap and gown is ordered the more likely it will be in on distribution day!
Credit Recovery and WV Virtual Deadline
All WV Virtual and Credit Recovery courses must be complete by May 13th.
Final Transcripts for the Class of 2021
Seniors, you will need a final transcript for all College/Universities including 2-year and 4-year programs. Once you make a decision about where you plan to attend, you can schedule a request through Parchment. You must go to the Parchment website (click on the link above) and order your transcript. As you are checking, you will be asked when you want the transcript to be sent. If you do not request your final transcript on Parchment, it WILL NOT be sent to the college and this may affect your college registration process. Requests for final transcripts through July 31, 2021 will be at NO COST. Beginning August 1, 2021 you will be classified as 'Alumni' status and must submit payment for copies of your transcripts.

Graduation Ceremony
Our graduation day is Friday, May 21st at 7pm. The ceremony will be held at the school on the football field. We are working with the Monongalia County Health Department to provide a safe and beautiful ceremony. Limited tickets will be available for each senior family. We will have more details about the number of tickets each senior will receive and other information in the coming weeks.
Senior Photo Information
CLICK HERE to be directed to information regarding Senior Picture for the yearbook. Students may submit a color photo to the yearbook adviser, Ms. Skaggs, by Friday, February 26. Information about requirements can be found by following on the link.
Senior Activities
Senior Class meeting, April 5th @ 8:50AM- The link to the meeting will be posted in the Advisory Google Classroom. All seniors should attend this meeting. We will be putting out all important senior dates/requirements during this meeting.
